ShePrayNeurs is a business development and healing initiative designed to address the unique intersection of entrepreneurship, trauma recovery, and cultural restoration for Black women.
We believe true success happens when strategy and wellness work together. Our approach blends business structure with personal development, guiding women to lead with clarity, balance, and confidence.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower Black women to merge profit and spirituality through entrepreneurship. We normalize wealth, wellness, and spiritual freedom by using therapeutic modalities including talk therapy, hypnotherapy, and holistic healing practices to support business development, trauma recovery, and leadership. ShePrayNeurs exists to guide women into clarity, confidence, profit, and spiritually grounded transformation.
Meet the Founder
VaJezatha Payne, LCSW is a licensed psychotherapist, educator, and visionary leader with more than 30 years of experience in trauma recovery, coaching, and holistic healing. A graduate of Cornell University and Boston University, she has dedicated her life to empowering women and communities through wellness, purpose, and growth.

Throughout her career, VaJezatha has worked extensively with foster youth, survivors of violence, and individuals navigating major life transitions. Her work integrates trauma-informed therapy, spirituality, and energy practices to help women heal and lead from a place of wholeness.

As the founder of ShePrayNeurs, Inc., she combines her clinical expertise with entrepreneurship and personal development. Creating spaces for women to grow in leadership, confidence, and self-awareness.

We affirm that spirituality and prosperity belong together. Black women deserve to earn, expand, and build wealth without guilt or shame. Financial profit is aligned with purpose.

Prayer, praise, meditation, embodiment, hypnotherapy, and clinical therapeutic practices work together to support complete internal healing and transformation.
Cultural Restoration
We address generational trauma and systemic harm through education that teaches professionals how to move beyond bias and away from anti Black frameworks.

Support for Black women who are starting, restructuring, or growing a business. This includes clarity work, profit planning, spiritual alignment, and addressing beliefs that interfere with decision making and leadership.

Therapeutically informed sessions that focus on trauma recovery, inner child work, emotional regulation, and spiritual grounding. These services help restore identity, confidence, and the capacity to sustain entrepreneurship and leadership.
